Artifact prompt: Course Outline Builder

I want to convert my rough course ideas into polished course outlines ready for production.
Create an opening interface where there is a box for me to input the following:
* Program
* Main focus
* Audience
* Time limit
Once the input is taken, generate a Microsoft document where the idea is formatted into clear chapter names, lesson names, and 1-2 sentences about the end goal of each lesson/chapter. Use chapter/lesson titles that would be engaging and suitable for e-learning platforms.
